As a charity, we couldn't help as many girls and women as we do without the help of individual donations from people like you.

This year we will provide support, choices and opportunities for more than 11,000 girls and women, helping them to build their self-confidence and a better future. Your gift will help up to support even more.

How Platform 51 makes a difference

Support: We’re the only charity in the country to help women deal with all their issues together, in one place.

We reach out: Women who need support often don’t ask for it – or can’t. We actively seek out women who most need our services.

We listen, without judging: When your self-esteem is at rock bottom, you need to know you can speak and be heard. We always listen, and never judge.

We’re safe and supportive: Our women-only centres ensure women feel completely safe, and have the chance to open up without fear.

It's because of your support we can provide support, advice and opportunities to help women improve their confidence, overcome challenges in their lives and learn new skills.

• £8 could provide counselling for a woman experiencing abuse to help her talk through her problems
• £8 could help a girl learn new skills and help her find a job
• £8 could help give a woman support to rebuild her confidence
• £8 could help support a reception area in a centre providing crisis support and information to over 400 girls and women every week.
