News - mental health campaign
Today is World Mental Health Day, an annual event which seeks to raise public awareness of mental health issues. 2012 marks the 20th year of the event and is themed, “Depression: A Global Crisis”.
Platform 51 welcomes the introduction of the broader definition of Domestic Violence which now includes teenagers and also covers forms of non-violent coercive behaviour.
Event in London will launch the project nationally and showcase organisations involved including Time to Change, the Samaritans and Rethink.
